> In an Individual Profile we determine the competency profile and the performance potential of an executive. Based on a self-appraisal we conduct an in-depth interview with the executive.
> In a Team Profile we supplement the individual competency profiles with a view of the combined performance of all team members and the challenges posed to an individual team member by interaction with the others.
> The Management Appraisal is rounded off by a Development Plan. It contains suggestions for potential development and gives concrete suggestions for action to help the executive prepare for current and future tasks.
