A typical Coaching Program begins with a chemistry meeting, followed by 12 sessions of 90 minutes each, and is divided by process and content as follows:

  • Expanding and claiming range of activities
  • Developing new patterns and possibilities for expression

Relationship Management

  • Health Check: existing relationships in professional and private life

  • Forming new relationships and nurturing existing ones

The 100-day Check

  • Discussion and critical investigation of the “first 100 days”"
  • Comparison of original plan with actual development
