Management Audit

Only when you know the competencies, strengths and weaknesses of your managers do you know whether your goal is reachable or whether you have to consider your next HR changes. We undertake this competency assessment with you.

  • We determine the competency profile and leadership abilities of an executive with an individual assessment. We carry out a detailed conversation with the executive on the basis of self-assessment.
  • We add to the appraisal of an individual competency profile with the team assessment in order to consider the joint effectiveness of the participants and the challenges to the individual which arise out of his interactions in the team.
  • Rounding out the management audit with a development plan. This contains tips for development scope and gives concrete action recommendations, which the executive can use to prepare himself for current and upcoming tasks.

Confidentiality

Absolute discretion in our joint work with the client and the project participants is an unconditional requirement for project success. We see ourselves in the management audit as trustworthy career advisors, who guard the interests of the participants and communicate with the client exclusively about the results, as specified in the context of the project and as agreed with the participants. Written reports are only drafted or reproduced in the format and with the contents which were discussed and agreed upon with the participants. We guarantee that the information and knowledge that we gain through our work and conversations with our clients will be handled in absolute confidence, and that the participants who pass through our management audits will not be approached in the context of other search contracts or suggested as candidates for other businesses.
