During the first meeting with your coach, you define your needs and goals for your work together.

Flexibility

A coaching program is usually agreed to for a period of six months, with meetings occurring at least every two weeks. Coaching dates can take place in our business offices at Kurfürstendamm or elsewhere, as mutually agreed upon and appropriate for coaching. If necessary we can come to you at work and accompany you through your work day.

Service Guarantee

As a sign of our quality we offer you the possibility of breaking off the work after three months or six meetings, if the content or your progress doesn’t meet your expectations.

All Around Monitoring

For the entire length of your Coaching Program we provide, at your wish, unlimited time access to your coach as well as regular contact by telephone or E-mail.
