Candidate Evaluation
We evaluate internal candidates and compare them with executives from competitive business and market leaders.
We carry out a systematic market analysis on the basis of a search profile. We give advice about the general conditions for a possible external recruitment, the contents of compensation packages, and the probability of filling the position as well as an estimated time span for filling it.
Within four to six weeks after acceptance of our contract you will receive a realistic assessment of the market and competitive situation and an objective assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of an internal recruitment.
