We define jointly with you the length, course and goal of a search project and assess the profile of your desired candidate. We go on the search in close coordination with you and choose appropriate candidates for you.

We are supported by researchers with whom we have worked for many years. Together with them we continually observe industries and economic sectors that are relevant for direct search projects.

Efficient Recruiting

Between the acceptance of the contract and the first project meeting, in which target firms and initial candidates are discussed, we allow two to four weeks. As a rule we close our projects within three months, with the decision of our client to close a contract with a candidate.
