Annegret Kiesow has been working with top management in her professional career since 1981. In her last position she was general manager for the leadership and business results of two warehouses in the HERTIE warehouse and department store firm, before she became self-employed in 1990 as a business consultant, success trainer and coach.

Annegret Kiesow has special competence in the area of leadership psychology, communication and motivation, and leads seminars on the topics of conflict management and sales psychology. She has been active as a coach with the Change Group since 2006.
