Dr. Morgan began his professional career in South Africa as a theologian in service to the church. He moved to Germany in 1977 and began studying business and economics, ultimately achieving a masters and a PhD.

At the center of his career in Europe are his activities for the US defense industry and the US embassy in Frankfurt. His managerial functions included duties in politics and finance, HR management and executive coaching.

Dr. Morgan has been active as a trainer and consultant for top managers of multinational firms, humanitarian, military and religious organizations. He has carried out his duties chiefly in Switzerland, Germany, the USA and occasionally in Asian and African countries.
