After her apprenticeship in Frankfurt as a legal and notary secretary, and a stint as the personal assistant of the pretzel king Ditsch in Mainz, she has lived for 15 years in Berlin.

She then assisted one of the senior partners of Boesebeck Droste (today Lovells). Together with Herr Dr. Schuricht, whom she has accompanied professionally for close to 10 years, she laid important building blocks for her successful activities in the Change Group. After that she was an assistant in the business consultancy Egon Zehnder International, subsequently working as office manager of the chief representative for HR development and corporate communication at Axel Springer AG in Berlin and Hamburg.

In early 2003 she contributed significantly to founding and building up the Change Group. She is an important contact for clients and candidates. As the right hand of Herr Dr. Schuricht she increasingly takes on tasks and projects in Executive Search.

With great humor and much charm, she is the de facto COO of the Change Group, always keeping in view what the Change Group and the office needs. She drinks her coffee black (140 ml – please get the amount right).
