Executive Assistant and Coach
Lucia Schütz is the primary contact for clients and candidates, alike. Her outstanding humor and charm make her a person you want to know. As the right-hand of Dr. Schuricht, she manages tasks and projects for Executive Search and is the de-facto COO of Change Group. She makes sure that the office runs like a well-oiled machine.
Lucia has lived and worked in Berlin since 20 years, after beginning her career with an apprenticeship in Frankfurt as a legal and notary secretary and a brief period in Mainz as personal assistant to the pretzel king, Ditsch. She was assistant to a senior partner at Boesebeck Droste, now Lovells.
She has worked alongside Dr. Schuricht for over a decade: first as an assistant at consulting firm Egon Zehnder International, and then as a C-Level Office Manager for HR and Corporate Communications at Axel Springer AG. In the spring of 2003, she joined the founding team that established CHANGE GROUP.
